1. Prepare the ingredients: dumplings, green onions, ginger, peanut oil, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, chili oil, white sesame seeds, cilantro, salt.
2. Have the dumplings ready, either homemade or frozen.
3. Chop the green onions and ginger into small pieces and put them into a bowl. Add white sesame seeds and salt. Heat up the peanut oil and sesame oil and pour it onto the onions and ginger to release the aroma.
4. Pour in vinegar, soy sauce, and chili oil.
5. Cook the dumplings and transfer them into the seasoning bowl, adding a few spoonfuls of dumpling broth. Sprinkle cilantro or green onion on top and serve.
