1. Combine chopped onions, ginger, sesame seeds, and salt in a bowl.
2. Heat peanut oil and sesame oil in a pan until hot. Pour the hot oil onto the onion and ginger mixture to release the fragrance.
3. Add vinegar, soy sauce, and chili oil to the mixture.
4. Cook the dumplings until they are done and transfer them to the seasoning bowl using a slotted spoon. Also, spoon some dumpling broth into the seasoning bowl.
5. Garnish with cilantro or green onion and serve.
